Welcome to the CCAR Ocean Data Viewer Pages!

This site contains links to our various data viewer pages. Please note that this server replaces our previous data viewer tools: CCAR Near Real-Time Altimetry Data Homepage. Since this is a relatively new page please do not hesitate to contact us for questions, problems, comments, or better yet, suggestions!

Important: This webpage works best with Safari, Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome. There are some known formatting issues with Internet Explorer. We are working to fix the problem. Sorry for the inconvenience.

This server hosts a variety of data viewers including mesoscale Sea Surface Height Anomaly (SSHA), GOES Sea Surface Temperature (SST), Group for High Resolution SST, MODIS Chlorophyll Concentration (color) and MODIS SST. Please note: if you would like access to the data files (as opposed to imagery generated by this website) please contact us for a login to our FTP server.

For general information on the data products, please visit our Information page.

We would really like to know how you are using our data. This helps us write our quarterly reports for our sponsor. If you are using our data for an application you would like to share with us, please send us an email. (contact us)

Now on to the fun stuff! Below are some sample images from each of the pages. Clicking on the image or the related link will bring you to the pages.
